Why to bring in an electrician early

An open wall is the cheapest time to move or add wiring. Current electrical code asks more of a kitchen or bathroom than most older homes were built with: dedicated appliance circuits, GFCI and AFCI protection, and enough receptacles along the counter.

Planning the electrical alongside the layout means the outlets, switches and lights land where you will use them, and nobody has to open a finished wall later.

Will your panel handle the remodel?

New circuits need space in the panel and capacity on the service. We run a load calculation to find out. If the panel is full or undersized, we will explain the options, including a panel upgrade.
