From plans to power

1. Service and panels. The electrical service is sized for the building and coordinated with the utility that will supply it.
2. Rough-in. Boxes, cable or conduit, and panels go in while the framing is open, before insulation and drywall.
3. Finish. Devices, light fixtures, breakers and equipment connections are installed once the walls are closed and painted.
4. Inspections. The work is inspected by the local building department at the required stages before the building is energized.

For builders and general contractors

We work from plans and bid packages. Email your drawings and scope of work to Nick@bulwarkelectric.com and we will review them and respond with a bid.

For owners building a custom home

A new house is the chance to get the electrical right the first time: enough circuits in the kitchen and garage, lighting planned room by room, and capacity set aside for an EV charger, a spa or a workshop later on.
